Watch in 2026 for the announcement of the Biennial legislative Policy Summit. At the Summit, partners and members get to together to discuss policy goals and what policy efforts we might see in the next year. The date is coming soon.

The Nevada Pharmacy Alliance, the Nevada Chronic Care Collaborative and its partner organizations believe Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) need to be overseen and regulated as they have become detrimental to the independent pharmacists in Nevada and are causing access to treatment issues for patients. We have formed Advocates for Lower Out-of-Pocket Costs and Patient Access to help advocate on these issues.
